    Our products are packaged using eco-friendly materials.

    Mailing bag is made from 100% recycled material, it's biodegradable and can be placed in to your household recycling.

    Cardboard box and stickers attached are recylclable and can be placed in to household recycling.

    Individual product bags are biodegradable and suitable for home or industrial composting. They are designed to begin to disintegrate within 12 weeks and biodegrade within six months given the ideal conditions, conforming with the EN13432 standards.

  • Shipping

    Orders are dispatched every Thursday. Orders placed after 11pm on a Tuesday evening will be dispatched the following week. Orders will be sent using Royal Mail First class tracked 24hrs.

    If you require a specific dispatch date please contact us to request this. 

  • Returns and Refunds

    All our products are made and packaged with care to make sure they arrive to you in the same condition they leave us in. However sometimes they can arrive damaged. Please provide a photo within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds and replacements for cosmetic damage will be made at our discretion.

    Our Products are produced in a kitchen that handles NUTS, GLUTEN, PEANUT, SOYA and SULPHITES. Although we are as careful as possible, our products may contain trace amounts of these allergens. 

  • Shelf Life & Storage

    Please store cakes in a cool, dry place and consume before the use by date. Not suitable for home freezing.
