This website is owned and operated by One Planet Bakery. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors an opportunity to place an order with One Planet Bakery. By accessing or using the website, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Placing an order with us

When buying an item from One Planet Bakery, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. 
 

Return and refund policy

All our products are made and packaged with care to make sure they arrive to you in the same condition they leave us in. However sometimes they can arrive damaged. Please provide a photo within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds and replacements for cosmetic damage will be made at our discretion.

We do not accept refunds which have not been discussed and agreed by us first.

Retention of right to change offering

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall One Planet Bakery, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, One Planet Bakery assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

Right to change and modify Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review this page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will update the date at the top of the page to notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website.

If you subscribe to our website, you agree to receive promotional email and materials from us.

If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please just notify us at any time.

Allergens

All allergen information is provided on each product page. Please ensure you check this thoroughly before you purchase through our website. When making repeat purchases please ensure you check allergens and ingredients as these will be reviewed and updated regularly. We do try to limit cross contamination as much as possible but due to the risk of cross contamination and manufacturing processes, we do not advise anyone with any allergy to purchase our products. If you have an allergy and proceed to purchase a product you do this at your own risk and we do not accept responsibility for this. If you have any questions regarding allergens please contact us before purchasing.

Delivery

We allow 4-5 working days for making and dispatching orders. Orders will be sent using Royal Mail First class tracked 24hrs - £4.45. Orders over £30 will receive FREE delivery. We do not accept responsibility for delayed delivery due to bank holidays, industrial action and unexpected events.

There is an option for hand delivery in the Southampton area costing £3.50 or FREE if you spend over £15.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with any of your items you must notify us in writing to oneplanetbakery@gmail.com. This must be sent immediately when you receive your products. You must include any evidence of faults or damages and a refund will be provided at our discretion.
