There is an option for collection from our address in SO16, Southampton on Saturday 20th 9am - 12pm, Use the code COLLECTION at checkout if this is your preferred method. Full address for collection will be confirmed through email once orders are recieved.
 
Father's Day boxes sent via post will be dispatched Thursday 18th June so should arrive with you either Friday or Saturday ready for Fathers Day on the 21st June, Ensure you place your order before 11pm on Tuesday to secure yours!

    Our Products are produced in a kitchen that handles NUTS, GLUTEN, PEANUT, SOYA and SULPHITES. Although we are as careful as possible, our products may contain trace amounts of these allergens. 

  • Shipping

    Orders are dispatched every Thursday. Orders placed after 11pm on a Tuesday evening will be dispatched the following week. Orders will be sent using Royal Mail First class tracked 24hrs.

    If you require a specific dispatch date please contact us to request this. 

     

  • Packaging

    Our products are packaged using eco-friendly materials.

    Mailing bag is made from 100% recycled material, it's biodegradable and can be placed in to your household recycling, where local councils allow.

    Cardboard box and stickers attached are recyclable and can be placed into household recycling.

    Individual product bags are biodegradable and suitable for home or industrial composting. They are designed to disintegrate within 12 weeks and biodegrade within six months given the ideal conditions, conforming with the EN13432 standards.

  • Returns and Refunds

    All our products are made and packaged with care to make sure they arrive to you in the same condition they leave us in. However sometimes they can arrive damaged. Please provide a photo within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds and replacements for cosmetic damage will be made at our discretion.

  • Shelf Life & Storage

    Please store cakes in a cool, dry place and consume before the use by date. Not suitable for home freezing.
