Our Products are produced in a kitchen that handles NUTS, GLUTEN, PEANUT, SOYA and SULPHITES. Although we are as careful as possible, our products may contain trace amounts of these allergens.
Shipping
Orders are dispatched every Thursday. Orders placed after 11pm on a Tuesday evening will be dispatched the following week. Orders will be sent using Royal Mail First class tracked 24hrs.

Returns and Refunds
All our products are made and packaged with care to make sure they arrive to you in the same condition they leave us in. However sometimes they can arrive damaged. Please provide a photo within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds and replacements for cosmetic damage will be made at our discretion.
Packaging
Our products are packaged using eco-friendly materials.
Mailing bag is made from 100% recycled material, it's biodegradable and can be placed in to your household recycling, where local councils allow.
Cardboard box and stickers attached are recyclable and can be placed into household recycling.
Individual product bags are biodegradable and suitable for home or industrial composting. They are designed to disintegrate within 12 weeks and biodegrade within six months given the ideal conditions, conforming with the EN13432 standards.
Shelf Life & Storage
Please store cakes in a cool, dry place and consume before the use by date. Not suitable for home freezing.
