We allow 4-5 working days for making and dispatching orders. Orders will be sent on a next day delivery.

There is an option for hand delivery in the Southampton area. Deliveries are made on Tuesday and Friday evenings-dates chosen at checkout. If you need other delivery dates please contact us to discuss.

All our products are made and packaged with care to make sure they arrive to you in the same condition they leave us in. However sometimes they can arrive damaged. Please provide a photo within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds and replacements for cosmetic damage will be made at our discretion.

We do not use ingredients that contain MILK or EGG but our items are made using products that may contain MILK or EGG due to manufacturing menthods. Our products are not suitable for anyone with a MILK, EGG, NUT, WHEAT, PEANUT, SUPHITE, or SOYA allergy.
